When we checked in the trash from prior visitors was still in the room. There was a hair on kitchen floor that did not belong to us. There was other things. Just felt room was not cleaned properly.

Dis-ass-pointed
The water pressure was very low. We could not flush the toilet and had to finish freshening up from the shower to the sink in an attempt to get all the soap off. We had No WIFI the entire time. I reported the issues to the front desk and was told they will send someone up to check on the room. when we got back from the funeral everything appeared the same, no WIFI, no water pressure and still unable to flush the toilet. we were tired and just went to bed. We used the bathroom at the restaurant and called it a night. the next morning when we checked out I told the lady we reported our issues and no one fixed the issues. she said she sent someone up to the room and because we did not call back a third 3rd time as far as she was concerned everything was fine. we just checked out and left. We will NOT be back!!!

Needs more staff
There was no soap. There was no one to check me in. I waited five minutes for someone to show up. There was no introduction of our amenities or breakfast times. There was nothing in the room with phone numbers or information about the hotel. The drinks were too expensive.$3 for water. no one stopped the guests who were underaged in the gym with no shoes on.

They didn't have enough pillows, when asked for extras they said they were all out. Shower didnt have any shower gel in the dispenser. The breakfast was very good.
