Don’t get me wrong everything was nice I wish we could have stayed longer. I don’t feel like the staff was as friendly as they could have been no one had a smile on their face and u can barely hear the staff behind the glass but everything was soooo nice and clean and the beds was so clean and comfortable 😀

Disappointed
This was the worst stay I’ve had in a Hilton brand hotel and when using hotels.com. I used my reward night to book this stay. I reserved a king room and when we arrived, they told us that hotels.com had oversold the rooms and that all they had available was a room with 2 queens, emphasizing that it wasn’t the hotels fault but the fault of hotels.com. When we got to our room, the television didn’t work. We called the front desk who immediately talked down to us asking if it was plugged in and seeming annoyed that we had called about this problem. They had us come down to the desk and assigned us to a new room, still with 2 queen beds instead of a king as booked. The room itself was clean and comfortable, however; we were woken up at 6:00 am by the people above us who seemed to be letting their children use their hotel room as a play ground. It sounded almost like they were doing construction. We called the front desk who told us that they would take care of it. We were not able to fall back asleep because the noise above us just seemed to get worse. The room was missing the ironing board and it took the hotel more than 15 minutes to get us one. Breakfast was mediocre. The eggs tasted like they had been prepackaged and shipped in months ago and there was only 1 waffle maker so it took a long time to get breakfast. The hotel staff seemed annoyed when we presented our issues and basically acted as though there was nothing they could do. This was a very disappointing stay.
