Generally a Lovely hotel - great location- shame the double bed was 2 singles pushed together so a great big ridge in the middle - bf ok - part of our stay but would not have been so impressed if we’d paid €30 pp- queue for coffee - as said was nice but at that charge you’d expect better / bar for pre/post dinner drinks was lovely

Booked a room at this hotel because it was an Expedia vip hotel, expecting that I would be able to take advantage of the vip offers we are supposed to enjoy. I emailed the hotel and informed them that our group of 4I would have an 11 year old and we would like a rollaway bed for him. Hotel emailed back and informed us that there would be an additional charge of 30 euros which I was perfectly fine with. Upon arrival we were told we would need to pay for an additional room since they could only accommodate 3 people per room. We tried to explain everything to the hotel receptionist only to be met with just about the most rude and arrogant attitude we’ve seen in years. Do yourself a favor if you read this; stay at another hotel….
