Everything was great we put them not disturb sign on the door and the cleaning crew in the morning they were so loud and they kept talking and screaming and laughing not realizing there’s actually people still asleep they need to talk to the cleaning staff to keep it down and not to be telling stories and jokes and laughing loud while people are still sleep

Great hotel on the beach with fantastic service.
Great spot on the beach with fantastic service. Small hotel right on the beach with a great pool. Their service and amenities for their resort fee is the most reasonable I have seen.

I had reserved a room with 2 Queen beds...
and noted on the reservation that we had 2 adults and 2 kids. When we checked in at 5, we were told (by the Manager) they only had a King room available for the first night, and that they would switch us to a QQ room for the remaining 3 nights. We made the reservation 3 weeks ago and I understand that they do not "guarantee" the number of beds, but a reservation made for 4 should have top priority. They did provide 2 blow up mattresses, not roll away mattresses (and did not charge us, oh thanks!). We got our room on level 1 and it did not have a balcony (because it was over the underground garage entrance!). The website it states "All accommodations include: a private patio or balcony". When the 5th car pulled into the garage with their headlights blaring through our window (again, we did not get a balcony), I had enough. Stepping over my children's blow up mattresses, I headed down to the front desk to complain. Here is why I give their customer service high marks. I went to the front desk to ask if I could switch to the 3rd level suite that was showing availability on their website for the night for the same price I paid for the "no view K/QQ room". The concierge overhead my conversation and immediately offered me a bottle of wine ($9 bottle, but not bad). They were able to upgrade us to the 1BR suite for the night (which was the best room in the hotel). Unfortunately the last 3 nights had to be spent in a normal (small) QQ room (I dont think it was 410 SF)
