I got what I paid for, which was a lovely suite with a small balcony and excellent tourist services. The staff was friendly, helpful truly and very professional.Also there were many unexpected luxuries like cookies and chocolates on every floor, ginger shots at breakfast and mood lighting in the bath.

Get a copy of your bill before you leave.
Make sure your quest are aware that there is a fee for breakfast even if you just get a cup of coffee you pay full price. Also we have yet to get a copy of our bill that we requested in October 2019.

Worst hotel
Firstly I made my reservation through Hotel.com over 6 months ago. I arrived From a long trip from US to check in on 10/8/2019 and I was told by the front desk that there was not room for me because the Hotel was FULL and they told me that they had to book another Hotel for me , But I didn’t hade to worry because they were providing me the Taxi and it was a nice location. I was in shocked and I couldn’t believe what was going on but also I was so tired with my wife that we let the situation go for the moment .. we were sent to a Cabinn Hotel , which we never thought It was real cabin .. even smaller than a cruise cabin . It’s unacceptable how can they book our reserved room to somebody else for higher price “of course “ then we were sent to a Cabin 2x2 pretty much I felt like in jail and it was terrible experience .. thank god it was only 2 days .. We never thought a situation like this could happen to us ... worst hotel , please stay away from this vulgar hotel

I loved the decor, the staff, and the breakfast! The location was great too...one block from the new subway station, very close to trains, busses, and Tivoli, and a manageable walk to many other tour attractions. I felt safe walking by myself at night although I do live in a city so maybe I’m more adventurous in that respect than most.
