World Cup 2015
Wish the room would have had a much larger window. However, was good that management brought in a pedestal fan (really needed). Food was excellent! Great to provide large desk with excellent Internet access.

Vancouver B&B
This B&B was in a great location close to public transportation. It was very quiet and we slept well. They had a great breakfast and would fix whatever you wanted. I would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely worth it
Great B&B experience the first two nights. The Windsor was great: location was perfect, hip neighborhood - comfortable room (yet no A/C) - breakfast decent. Leslie is fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. They were overbooked, and for some reason we had to transfer to Cambie Lodge the next two nights. Not as nice as Windsor, so it felt like somewhat of a downgrade (noisier, less refined, felt like a hostel more so than B&B). But all in all, for the price and the area and for Vancouver! this B&B was a great stay.

didn't want to leave :)
the best stay i had on my two week road trip-- the bed had a tempurpedic or similar topper, i slept like a baby in one of the basement rooms of the house. it was quiet, and the neighborhood was safe enough for me to walk around late into the night- plenty of people and young people around, and the weather happened to be amazing. also, the woman that made my breakfast was so sweet and it was the best breakfast i had on my entire trip also. and my egg was a double yolk! :) also, thank heaven for proper tea. cannot seem to find that outside my own house in the US. now, it was too far to walk to stanley park, that's the only reason the 'convenience of location' i rated a 4 instead of a 5, but if you're ok with driving and parking or know how to use the public transit, it's totally fine. the 'quality of service' was a 4 instead of a 5 because they had my name wrong, so i couldn't get in the front door when i arrived, and although i arrived well within their checkin hours, it took some time for someone to answer the door and to sort out what happened as the main person was off that day and according to the other woman (who apparently lives there?) 'she was 'german'' and so didn't know how to spell my name (which made no sense as my last name is german. and i'm female. so. ...) anyway, it was a bit socially awkward, but so perfect otherwise, i will totally stay there next time im in vancouver, which i hope will be soon!
