Bed too high
We were in a handicap room. The bed was so high off the floor I had to literally jump up to get in. The mattress also slid out of the metal framework every time one of us got in or out.

The front lobby and staff were great. The room was quite musty smelling. The bathroom is outdated and could be cleaner. The fridge/freezer gets turned off so the drip tray had a bunch of black mold spots in it. The vents to the air conditioner also had some black mold spots that I tried to wipe off with a wash cloth. Yuck

Just a bit of TLC.
The hotel was nice. However, there were repairs in the bathroom where the towel rack was. It was mudded but never finished off or painted. We could have used an extra couple of towels. The air conditioner could use a good cleaning to spray out the smell. I brought air freshner and that helped.
