Best Hotel for your $$$
If you’re staying here for Disneyland it’s perfect. Inexpensive, close in proximity (still driving distance), near a Starbucks, etc. The room is clean, but not cleaned daily, which is fine. The bed is comfortable, but I highly recommend bringing your own pillows. Free parking, free breakfast, free WiFi. There isn’t a better place to stay unless you’re willing to pay an arm and a leg to stay at the Grand Californian. We have stayed here three times now, with no complaint. Kind staff. And the free amenities really help when you’re paying a couple grand at the park for the week.

It was okay, but I wouldn't stay again.
The breakfast spread was less than desirable (though to be expected a motel-style inn), but the front desk staff were quite nice. The insides of the rooms were a lot more than I expected with the marble remodeling - the bed was comfortable enough (though squeaky) and the shower had a nice jet. Some of the lights were dim which made it difficult to do business - I felt like I needed to turn on four lights to get sufficient brightness. The first night was quiet, but I did discover a hair in one of the towels along with some dark (dirt?) streaks which disgusted me. The second night was incredibly annoying. I was placed in one of the suite rooms with the door attaching them (though I didn't come with a party, it was just me and my roommate). My neighbors yelled at each other for three hours straight while I was trying to relax and get ready for the following day. Again, really not conducive to getting my business done. This is why I wouldn't stay again - I'd much rather pay an extra forty bucks to go to a hotel.

Booked 4 nights but had to leave 1 day early due to unforeseen circumstances - got 1 night refunded within a week and really appreciated that. Would definitely recommend this hotel just for that!

Unhelpful and incompetent staff
Staff was very indifferent, unhelpful and incompetent to a booking I made that was removed from their system. One staff member “promised” that he had a room reserved for me after my initial reservation was lost, but upon arriving to the hotel I was informed he made no such reservation and I was basically told “sorry” with no further help. I was in town on a very busy business trip and had not been to sleep in two days from the amount of work I was doing. I had stayed at this location several times in the past but this issue and the handling of it by the staff was so bad that I will not book there nor recommend it to anyone. I’ve been in customer service my entire career and this group of employees are out of touch with basic, decent customer relations.

Worth the stay, would recommend!
We lived in the city of Orange for a few years and always noticed this hotel. Now we moved out and were passing thru the city and needed a place to stay. This was an affordable place with great amenities and clean. I would stay again in the future.
