Not happy with 3rd party options.
Check in was easy. When we got to our room, the room was a handicap accessible room for 4 people we were given through the online site. I booked a suite for 5 people. Due to us booking through a 3rd party service they would not change our room type. They offered to give us a second room for the same price.

Great in a pinch!!
Positives: Front desk very friendly at check-in. Housekeeping very friendly and accommodating when I forgot hygiene products. Room spacious and clean, and updated. Bathroom remodeled and wonderful shower, clean, and great water pressure. Good breakfast and not basic. Negatives: small rough towels, bed hard and uncomfortable, pillows small and flat.
