Great customer service. Perfect location

Econo Lodge, Temple
Nice place to spend the night
The room was clean, smelled decent and the bed was comfortable. I liked that there was an office chair available to sit in (much more comfortable). Only downside was the that light in the bathroom and the microwave didn't work but that was minor.

rough place to stay, also you might get scammed
the hotel claimed they didnt have my reservations so then after being on hold with customer service for over 15 minutes they said it had been cleared up. it had not. i ended up having two choices, pay cash or go somewhere else and by this time it was late so i just paid cash. i was still charged by however so i basically paid twice for one room and nobody will give me a refund. never again! if this is not resolved i am done with this site, i for sure am done with this dump of a hotel, lucky i got out of there without getting robbed or worse
