Comfortable bed with most amenities of brand name hotels. Customer service was friendly and accommodating for our visit. 10 min walk to beautiful parks and performing art centers. Free parking so need to take vehicle. Construction was noisy but will eventually be completed.

Great value
The front desk guy/manager was phenomenal. Always went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. He really made the whole stay worth it. The room itself was clean, but I wish there were drapes instead of shutters on the windows because a little light always came through. Walls are a little thin, but I still got a full rest every night. The area is a bit sketchy with a lot of homelessness, but that is typical for most of San Fran area.

Bad area but nice hotel
The rooms felt pretty clean and updated. It’s In a really bad area, but we were on the second floor, so we didn’t mind.

A comfortable stay for a few days
I was at this very hotel for 2 nights and I had a comfortable stay. In my room on the 2nd Floor, the bed is firm, there’s desk you can work out of, a coffee maker, a clean bathroom with a shower that has soap, conditioner, and shampoo, each, in dispenser pumps. The wi-fi was a bit slow, but it was serviceable. And Jay, the manager, was very polite and helpful. The few short comings that this hotel had were that the walls of the room were thin—you’ll hear voices of patrons coming from either side of your room, so, I recommend that you bring ear plugs. No meals are serviced here, but there’s a Taco Bell/Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Burger King within walking distance. No printer in the complex, but there’s a local public library close by that gives free internet service but charges for printing. And, above all, the location. The complex is situated in Tenderloin, where during the night, homeless people would be sleeping on the streets. One night, I found one sleeping below the staircase of the hotel. With my being from New York City and exposed to the visibility of the homeless crowd, I was not fazed by their presence. They were harmless, but that doesn’t mean that you should be cautious. Just keep walking toward your destination—you don’t harm them, and they won’t harm you. Having said all that, I would came back here again, as long as your stay is just for a few nights.

Nice room, just bad area
The Inn (note: should be Inn not hotel) was around 15 minutes from the metro station. The room was real clean and tidy, the housecleaning lady was very nice. But the area around was under construction, so it was noisy in the morning and tou could feel the construction too. The area was not really safe either. One time at night someone sat right outside the room yelling and crying. The front desk staff must have missed that, because they have survillence all around the property. I think that was just a one-time event. The front desk staff was friendly and just don’t hesitate to call him if anything happened.
