Disappointed
Had room booked for over a week, we checked in later in evening. Front desk clerk said the hotel was very busy. Put into the oddest room ever! It had 2 (I think) bedrooms with the creakiest makeshift bed right when you walked in. Neither room had ANY extras, no night side tables or bedroom furnture. Cold vinyl flooring, bar fridge propped in the corner of one bedroom, not clean! Could hear the train rumbling thru literally right behind our room. Requested we be moved as we realized it was a room used for pets. Next room had not been updated in YEARS!! AT least it had carpet but not clean at all. Holes in curtains, patched dirty walls, doors not pleasant at all. Would NEVER stay here again! No clue how it has 8.4 star rating on this site. 😔
