Never again.

Reserved 2 rooms for the Bourbon Festival online so wasn't able to see the actual rooms. pulled up to the rooms and noticed that there were people apparently living in the rooms due to having decorations in the windows along with knick knacks and sitting out in lawn chairs in front of the property. Rooms were old and not very comfortable not to mention not very clean. Bathroom door didn't close all the way. Went to the desk and let them know that we would not be staying there and asked for a refund. Owner let us know that we had to contact Hotels.com who told us we had to contact the owner. After going back and forth of being told neither had authorization to approve a refund, a day later we got the email saying sorry but the property has strict rules about refunds. I'm sure they do. I'm sure they get a lot of online reservations from people who cant actually see the place and then its too late.
