View was amazing! The Manhattan Skyline was seen from the hotel restraint, restaurant across the street and the boardwalk. Additionally, the ferry from NYWATERWAYS was literally 15 steps out the door.

I had the misfortune of having one of the engineering staff walk in on me while I was sleep. It affected my evening and caused me to lose sleep. I was very unhappy about it. I believe someone should’ve told him that the room has been rented and not allow him to enter.

The suit was really not clean , door’s hinges broken, bathroom door doesn’t even lock. The heat wasn’t working properly the entire stay was blowing cold air instead. The front desk away far from good they really need to improve their customer service and how to deal with customer.

We enjoyed staying at the Sheraton with a view of NYC, it had onsite parking on close to some amazing restaurants in Weehawken and Hoboken. This is my 10th time staying here and the service is always great.

Great experience and service. Mark at check-in was particularly helpful and pleasant. Rooms are (only very) slightly dated. But the people were great and the restaurant was wonderful. Will definitely go out if my way to stay again.
