Sleepwell in Seattle
Super convenient walking distance to the Space needle/Pacific Science Center as well as to the Aquarium/Pikes Place. If traveling with a pet, there is a running and biking path with grass even closer as the Space needle area and a small patch of grass next to Pikes place appear to be the only other areas with actual grass to be found in the downtown area. Parking was $45 per night but had in/out privileges. Although the hotel showed some age in a few places, the facility and our room appeared to be renovated and kept up very nicely. The hotel staff was extremely helpful as there was some confusion with our booking through Hotels.com; the front desk was able to help us settle in painlessly after our marathon drive.

Second visit to The Edgewater
Very nice stay at Edgewater: This was our 2nd stay and we really enjoyed it: Good food and good service in restaurant. Great location and wonderful water views! . Room was fine...maybe a little dated.

Edgewater is a gem
We had a wonderful time, staff was great, cheerful, helpful. Were able to change rooms because first room was very small. Definitely will return again.

Water View Fail
The staff, condition and location were fine. We were coming to the PNW for a nice birthday getaway. I reserved a room w/ a balcony and water view. Unfortunately the view was a partial water view...the other part of my view was the business next door. I was very disappointed. They should give you a disclaimer (like at the theater if your seat has an obstructed view). I was so EXCITED to stay at this hotel and it turned out to be a great disappointment. I doubt I will be back. The restaurant was a very nice experience.
