Not worth the money, nasty and unkempt
Hotel location is great, that's about it. Rooms are dated, without welcoming appearance. Sheets were stained and gross. Shower head leaked and it was an odyssey to complete the shower. Bathroom door hanging unsafe.

Pretty outdated hotel with mediocre attention to detail and repair.

The location was great right in the centre of everything and very close to public transport however the room and bathroom needed to be updated. The bar fridge and benches were not very clean. The room was not vaccuumed daily and the pillows were very uncomfortable overall ok for a two night stay but over priced for the condition of the room.

Was a great stop in for an overnighter-the concierge Mike was awesome!

Excellent hotel in a great location.
This location is extremely convenient to the CBD and the Queen Street Mall. It is located right across the street from City Hall and the King George Square. From the entrance its a two minute walk to all that downtown Brisbane has to offer; five minutes the North Quay; and a short five minute (free) boat ride to the South Bank. Couldn't ask for more. As far as amenities, there is a small, sufficient gym that provides water and towels. There is a pool and a sauna I'm told by the CLOSED signs, but no worries, they will drive you to a neighbor hotel (Sofitel) to use their pool and pick you up when you're done. The staff is very courteous and helpful. We needed to add a day to our reservation, but they could not provide the same price as The front desk person actually helped me find the same room and book it on and then connect the reservations so I wouldn't have to change rooms for my second day. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Brisbane, and would definitely stay here again when in town.
