Nice seize apartment, overall comfortable, wall decorations and some vases. Great location , and overall safe. Place is dated a bit, biggest issue for me was that the living area is very dark during the day, and it was not comfortable working from there.

The room was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked and ready to cook, heat up, make coffee….etc. I loved that the crew is always keeping the yard so beautiful. Employees were very informative and friendly. The room made our vacation stay incredible. I will definitely stay here again every time I go to GDL!!!

This property offers all the conveniences in life that one's heart may desire. The apartments are gated with 24 x 7 security. There is secure, designated underground parking in the building. Drinking water is provided (included in the rent). There is a security intercom system allowing you to remotely control the gate. The rooms are of general sizes. The people are nice and easy to communicate with. The apartment is located in a safe and convenient place. ... It made me and my family feel at home during our 2-week stay there. Thank you!

Penthouse was very nice but we had some issues while there. There were workers doing some work which made ALOT of noise, and they must have dropped something because when we returned home from a day of shopping, the dining room window was cracked. Also the toilet in the master bathroom leaked and the washer leaked water as well. Overall, the visit was nice and we'd stay there again, but as a rental with many guests, the owners need to ensure they inspect the unit after each check-out to address the minor issues we faced. The condo was spacious and conveniently located to the areas we wanted to visit.

Great apartment for a long trip
A nice apartment located in a nice area of Guadalajara. Suitable for a long trip with the family. Includes everything needed for a long trip and the rooftop area gives you a nice view of the city. One thing to note is that the apartments facing the street can be quiet noise at night.
