I think there were pros and cons to this stay. The location was perfect and generally speaking the apartment was great. There were a couple issues that, while minor, were never addressed. No one returned my message. The sound from the hallway echos pretty loudly in the bedroom - very much appreciate that ear plugs and white sound machine are available in the rooms. I did find out after booking my stay that there are several clubs around this location, and one directly under the apartments. I was in 3B, so didn’t hear any of that noise. The hallway creaks pretty loudly, so still found noise canceling options helpful. The floor was filthy, which raised some questions for the cleanliness of everything else. Everything looked clean enough, but so did the floor. The instructions provided for check in read like I could come in from the front or back of the building, but there was no way to access the building except from the back. Windows also can’t be opened at all, and they have noted that you’ll be charged if you do. Normally doesn’t matter but as they have shutters which block out views/light, kind of problematic. There seemed to be some construction going on in the building (last week of aug 2023). It didn’t create any additional noise, but main entry was pretty dirty and elevator appeared out of order even though it still worked. Is also worth noting that that whirl they don’t have parking. There’s a small discount on parking at a convenient, nearby garage.
