Disappointing on many levels
Checked in very late and clerk sent me to a room in the back corner of a second building! Woman alone walking through parking lots at 1a.m. Hotel was not full by any stretch. Not appreciated. Got up in morning and trekked all the way to lobby to for Starbucks coffee only to find out machine was broken. Huh? Ate breakfast in restaurant. Service was slow and never brought kids meal we ordered. Advertised water park but not open when I arrived. Main reason I booked this so granddaughter could swim.

Great place for Hotel Bar/Fitness Center
I recently stayed at the Wyndham in Albuquerque, and was surprised to find that the patio door to my hotel room lead out to the hotel swimming pool. This was definitely not ideal as it was an indoor pool, so less sun. Outside of that, the property is huge with a sprawling complex. One actually may have to traverse a building or two to find the hotel gym. If you do though, you will be pleasantly surprised at how new and nice the equipment is. Not to be missed is the Altitude Sports bar for some of the local beers on tap as well as finding some conversation in a relaxed setting. Lastly, I will say that the hotel bed was quite comfortable.

Locked front door, long check-in, but clean room
I came in late and had to talk on speakerphone and then wait for a security guard to unlock the front door. Doesn't give you much confidence about the neighborhood. Then, it took forever to get checked in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

A few deficiencies, but the overall stay was nice
Check-in was a little shaky, they dont prioritize guests of the hotel over visitors to the water park. a broken ice machine and less than minimal housekeeping service were my only issues. the property is nice, and the pool/hot tub area were great. the pool water was super cold, which is a good thing.

Very bad service and very dirty
We had bad service. The room we were in smelled really bad and it the carpet and beds were stained . We couldn’t be comfortable all night . We had planned for a 3 Night stay for the water park they had but we checked out the very next day. We complained to the front desk but they couldn’t do anything to accommodate us. It seems like the room we stayed in was one of them sleazy motels except we paid a lot of money for one night. We will never stay here again.
