Couch is Very dirty . Shower door dirty, edges of the shower moulded, living room rug dirty. This is mini-mini property with excessive price for its offerings, excessively expecting you to do everything & to produce revenue for them: you're doing EVERYTHING & PAYING THEM & They're uncompromising, disinterested even when they wrong you.Do not expect them own up their shortcomings, do not expect even decent service. When you need to get hold over the phone, they ignore, do not revert, force their interests & ignore your. Horrible experience. We DO NOT RECOMMEND CASA DA GRACA TO OUR WORST ENEMY! For some revenue purposes I guess, every encounter with them is under different NAME-The property, the payment service nor automated & personalised communication system match one other, all different, user confusing if you try to reconcile . STAY AWAY from! DIRTY & NO VALUE!!!

Very comfortable for the price offered however it would have been helpful to know in advance that the street is Impossible by car and that many Uber and other drivers have a hard time finding it. Guests should be aware that there is a fairly steep hell to climb and that the photos shown are from two or three different apartments and you are not certain what you are getting until you actually get there
