Money lost for nothing
I have pre-payed two nights in this guest house but when I had arrived the proprietary told me that he have no free rooms and he does not know about my reservation and that "he does not use the hotels.com service et all". I had to pay extra 80 euro cash for another hotel which was good, and for his promise to cancel my reservation by his side, after what my money had to be returned to my bank account. As he had not cancelled it my money are highly likely was lost for me in his favour.
Conclusion: do not reserve Traiano guest house if you do not wish to lost your money.
