Great place at an awesome price.
The breakfast is amazing! The best I've ever had at an Asian hotel. They have great amenities but the location of these amenities are on the rooftop and a bit confusing to get to. The spa/massage has certain time for each gender and it isn't as long or at an ideal time for women. The staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable. They will go out of their way for you. The room was nice and spacious, but the room set up was a bit interesting. The toilet and the bathroom are separated and on the opposite of the room. The location is also great with a lots of food and restaurants near by. There is also the mrt within walking distance from the hotel. Overall for a four star hotel this, the price is incredible for all that they are offering!

The hotel is a little bit over our budget, but it is worth it. The dim sum restaurant on the 3rd floor was very good.

    A Very Pleasant Stay
Great service!. Room nicely furnished with obvious attention to detail that many other chains miss, e.g, bathroom was well lit and well designed. We asked for a quiet room. We got a quiet room. Convenient location. Good shopping and restaurants. This was our first time in Japanese hotel chain. Will definitely not be the last, particularly for this property.
