    Great Stay
Great hotel, rooms and service. Really like the large gym with sauna. Great taxi service as well. Pro-Tip: Would suggest reserving a room with a guaranteed King bed as the Queen/Twin option will typically yield you a Twin bed upon check-in.

    Awesome stayed....
Room was decent considering it's Japan. Access to metro station is next to hotel; however, it's still a few minutes walk to the actual metro platform. Just remember, red line (can't remember stop name or number) and exit door number 13. I made the mistake of not paying attention to the door number when I came down and completely got lost when I came back because I had no idea which exit door to take. Ended up taking a scenic route walking back to hotel. Room was comfortable. TV entertainment was a little limited and screen was little grainy, as if it wasn't HD. Breakfast was awesome, many food selections. However, 2 days it got little busy and the staffs were little overwhelmed. Coffee took a while to bring out after seating, emptied dishes weren't taken away so we just left them piled up on the table. It was nice that we were able to leave our comments on the rating card (daily) and the staffs appeared to read those cards which they apologized for the inadequate service on previous days. Overall, hotel was great and the staffs were very courteous and sincere. Definitely stay here again.

    Extremely small room
Room the size of a walk in closet. Was very disappointed after paying full price. The room was a typical size for a 2 to 3 star hotel in Japan. I did not expect that at an Intercontinental. The hotel was poorly lit as well making it dark in the halls and lobby. Great staff: friendly and helpful

    Not consistant with icg
Stains on the bed sheets and bed skirt. The cleaning services forgot clean our room one day. I saw the cleaning lady in the hall and asked her to clean it. When I came back, they had put two bottles of water In the room but not cleaned.
