Pésimo servicio no respetan las reservaciones
No respetaron nuestra reservacion en este hotel el señor q reservaba o cobraba las habitaciones de este hotel cancelo nuestra reservacion según porq no confirmamos sin embargo decía en las políticas de la reservacion q no era necesario llamar para confirmar la reservacion para eso se registra una tarjeta de crédito y nos envió a un hotel llamado tecalitlan por cierto pésimo servicio y lo cobran como de 5 estrellas y me sentí muy incómodo no lo recomiendo y no hay seriedad en este tipo de reservaciones espero y esto ayude a que mejoren este servicio de reservacion en linea porque es molesto llegar a manzanillo y te envié. A otro hotel q nada q ver
