Failure to meet booking details
The booking details state you will get check in and lock box information 24 hours prior to check in. Did not receive lock box code. Took 5 phone calls to reach property. Promised lock box code would be provided check in day by 1pm. Not provided by 1pm. Had to contact property. Response time minimum 20 minutes. Told code would be provided after cleaning of unit. Property not ready for check in at 4pm. Needed cleaning. Contacted Hotels.com. They contacted property to complain. Property failed to answer or respond. Hotels.com sent an email to property. I was told to wait an hour. The booking had a 4pm check in and property and hotels.com wouldn't state when it would be available. Just wait an hour. Had to go to planned event. Still not checked in or knowing if I had room for night. After event found property check in was possible. Checked in. Found no towels and broken glass in dishwasher. Contacted property and hotels.com. Told towels would be provided. Towels never provided. Will never book with Frontdesk again. Properties that provide incorrect information and inadequate service should be avoided. Hotels.com support was to call Frontdesk.
