The one word that comes to mind to describe this property is - austere. It had two chairs, one loveseat, two forks, and three coffee pods. It was spartan; when we walked into the space, it felt like somebody had just vacated it and forgotten some furniture. Only one overhead light of the four in the kitchen was working, so it was dark. The remote for the TV was missing (it was replaced the next day.) This place had a minimalist approach, wouldn't stay or recommend this property. They said the property repair man would fix the lights, but that did not happen. When we ordered take-out, there was not enough silverware (even for three individuals), and the paper towel roll in the kitchen had six papers left - no replacement was provided. There was just one loveseat, so three could not sit comfortably; there were only two chairs for dining, so even that was inadequate. The water filter did not have batteries, and it was cracked; a couple of the glasses had some lipstick from the previous tenants. The two rugs in the bathroom were less than the standard size. The place did not have adequate lighting. The showerhead was very calcified. I doubt if this property has good maintenance. I will neither stay nor recommend this property.
