      Very disappointed

      The staff was very welcoming. The room was very outdated and had a smell to it. The bathroom had mold or mildew around the tub. They are stains on top of the toilet. There were stains on the curtain that covers the sliding door. Overall that would be my last time there

      The resort was very clean and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. Unfortunately, the food was not great and closed early. No room service available.... pick up only. Totally understand with covd there are restrictions all the more reason they should offer better hours and non contact room service ( especially because most local dining closed early)

      Not as advertised

      Not what we expected. Some of the fromt desk staff hates what they do and they are unfriendly. First day on the beach, even though it was not busy at all, we had to ask 3 times for an umbrella from the staff. Also the beach was not clean. So much vegetation that the sea brought out on the shore. No one would clean. Second day of our stay, we had to call the front desk 3 times to have our room cleaned. Front desk said that we had to request the cleaning (never had this happen before!). When we asked if there is an extra charge (thinking that maybe that's why they didn't come), they said that cleaning is included in the services of the room. Then why request it? The door of our room was getting stuck and we really had to push or pull to get in or out. The shower head was stuck in one mode and the water would get painful after a while. The indoor pool had bubbles on the surface of the water which means that most likely there is delamination. Lastly none of the indoor and outdoor pools has lifeguards which was disturbing with so many kids playing in the water.
