Bad service and no supplies you should have
Very unorganized, the check in clerk was too busy he had no help at all! There was a line out the door and no one came to help. They messed up my room reservation. Couldn’t give me my cheaper reservation that I had. And he didn’t have time to correct it and make it right ! Then we got into the room and only had 1 towel we called for more and they didn’t even bring anything until 1-2 hours later after calling for the 2nd time. They couldn’t give me ice ! Simple things I don’t have to wait for or need we didn’t have. Also the TV didn’t even work ! Called for help with that no one came … We will be staying elsewhere next concert we attend at thunder valley at check out the guy was there again and said he doesn’t know what happened because he went home . N that was that

Deposit scam.
This older hotel is located downtown and is in a convenient location. Its lower cost compared to competitors is justified in its lack of amenities. There is a night time security guard and the walls are thin. Arguments between couples on each side were easily heard through the walls and a patron also was drunk or high in the parking lot and kept setting off his own car alarm. On my stay there was a computer glitch initially but that got worked out after about an hour. This place was ok for a solo guy, but not a place I would take my wife or family. The reason for my negative review isn't any of the above, but for the $50.00 I was charged as a deposit and did not get returned. I have emailed the reservation address with no response. I am a non-smoker/non-drinker/non-user. I had no pets and I was traveling to participate in a fundraising 6k foot race. My recommendation is simply to add $50 to the price you see. If that seems appropriate then this place is for you. If that puts you into a higher class hotel, consider it over the Heritage Inn.

Never again
Shower ran either scalding hot or freezing cold water - nothing in between. Sink faucet loose and hard to operate. Check-in more complex than other places we've stayed ... wanted photo ids of both of us.
