Overall Very Nice Stay
The staff was very kind and nice. We arrived after an overnight flight.They let us check in immediately although we were actually 5 hours before the normal check-in time. I was on a business trip with my adult aged daughter. It was very nice to have a large shopping mall across the street from the hotel. The buffet in the hotel restaurant had almost every type of food imaginable. We also ordered off the menu one night for dinner which was also very tasty. My one disappointment was that there was no refrigerator of any size in the room. For a five star hotel I was expecting more. Overall I would rate everything excellent though. I would stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel room was large in comparison to one we had in Singapore a few days before. Service was brilliant from check in staff, restaurant stuff, and front of house. Very friendly, and helpful. The hotel was about 2.5 kms from the main shopping area. There is a light rail station a few steps from the hotel, but we never used it. We used Grab (Uber) the majority of the time. We did take the train to Batu Caves which was very easy to do. Batu Caves was the last stop on this line.
