☆☆한국인들/동양인들에게 추천하지 않음.☆☆ 후기가 별로 없었지만 위치적 메리트때문에 이곳을 선택했습니다. 그런데 여행내내 호텔때문에 짜증만 났네요. 여기 절대 오지마세요 ㅠㅠㅠ 서양인들만 좋아해요. 스윗룸에 묵었은데 서비스 엉망입니다. 1. 4시에 체크인한다고 미리 알렸지만, 체크인 시 30분 정도 기다림. 언제 되냐 물어도 마지막 점검중이야~ 라는 말만 함. 2. 클럽룸을 이용하였는데, 직원이 클럽 라운지를 이옹하기 전에 름넘버를 확인하는 것도 아니고 이옹하고 나가는데 갑자기 룸넘버 물어봄. 몰래 이용한다는 의심을 받아 매우 기분나빴습니다. 조식, 라운지 음식도 맛없습니다. 3. 서양인들에게는 서비스가 항시 대기중이라면, 동양인들은 요청해야 들어주는 정도입니다. 가서 보면 아시겠지만 직원들이 항상 서양인들 주변만 맴맴 돌고있어요. 중국 한국인들은 신경도 쓰지 않는 듯. 동양인들 몇 없고 서양인은 굉장히 많은데 이유가 있어요. 서양인이 주 고객이라서 그들만 고객으로 생각하는 느낌이었습니다. 4. 객실 청소 상태 별로입다. 욕실 바닥에 머리카락이 머무는 동안 계속 있더라고요. 바닥 청소 전혀 하지 않는 듯했어요. 그랜드 스윗 룸을 묵었는데 룸에 거울이 너무 많아서 어린아이 데려오면 위험하겠다는 생각이 들었습니다. 5. 위치적 메리트 전혀 없습니다. 시암역과 걸어서 10분 좀 넘는데 이 더운 나라에서는 걸어서 10분도 아주 먼 거리입니다. 허텔 주변은 항상 막혀있는 상태라 택시로 이동하면 택시에서 시간 다 잡아먹습니다. 또한 객실 내 공기 청정기도 없어 공기도 최악입니다. ㅡㅡㅡ Dont recommend if you are not westerners. They are friendly only to westerners. Staffs are always ready to give service to westerners, but for easterners, we SHOULD ASK and then they give service. I used club lounge and had terrible experience. They checked my room number with suspection after i used club lounge. It is okay they checked my room number before I use it. But that behavior really makes me embarrassed. I waited around 30 min to check in. They kept saying "we are doing final inspectation." But i think my room was not ready until that time. Dont recommend to stay here.

I was in Bangkok for a Bitcoin Conference. The Grand Hyatt Erawan hosted the event. I stayed out of simple convenience... However, I am SO THANKFUL I made that choice! The Staff, Facilities and entire experience were incredible! The Hotel has access to a shopping pavilion, plenty of amazing restaurants, super fast WiFi (important in my line of work) and my new favorite evening spot "Spasso". Spasso is an award winning Italian Restaurant that turns into a sensational Bar/Club at night. Spasso is upscale with an incredible staff who are there to ensure you have FUN! Big shout out to the Assistant Manager "Bee", the Baddest Barman in Bangkok: Sathaporn (who goes by "Yo, Yo") and an incredible young waitress "Patty" - who has a vibrant personality that will make you want to relax and enjoy your visit. Top notch staff & experience! Their pool/weight room was phenomenal and offered great Happy Hour specials! Definitely worth checking out! There is no doubt in my mind that when I return to Bangkok (I will, soon) that I will stay at the Grand Hyatt. It was truly an unforgettable experience and I can't wait to see what my next adventure holds!! Because it is centrally located in downtown Bangkok, my advice is to choose a room or ask for one that has a view of the city. I am not picky about that, however so it did not detract from my experience. Thank you Grand Hyatt, for making my trip INCREDIBLE. It was truly a FIVE STAR experience! Sincerely, Jim Thomas

Grand Hyatt Erawan is a bit disappointing and below our high expectations after having excellent experiences in other Hyatt hotels in several countries. In its heyday it could have been a magnificent hotel but now the only good thing about this hotel is most probably its excellent location. The hotel interior looks old and tired and so are the service staff except for a few exceptionally good ones such as the chef who looks after the breakfast eggs counter who is always very polite and cheerful. Sorry to say we stayed at Marriot Queens Park Maquis for 2 nights before moving to Grand Hyatt Erawan and on hindsight it was not a wise thing to do. What a world of difference considering that the tariff charges for our Club room is more expensive.

We stayed for my girlfriend's birthday, and we didn't even mention about it or expected anything. But on her birthday when we returned in the evening we found 1) a greeting card with a small gift and a towel folded as a cute little elephant on the bed 2) a BIRTHDAY CAKE (which, by the way, was absolutely delicious) and another birthday card. The restaurant, Tables Grill was also a must-go if you want a romantic dinner with quality food. I could say my girlfriend had a great day and your staff did play a part in it. Otherwise location is great, the hotel was well decorated and facilitated. Staffs had been very helpful and polite during check in and check out. Good in-room control of lights, only slight problem is that the shower tends to leak water out to the bathroom floor. Still 9.5/10!

Unbeatable location, sheltered walkway (Skywalk) to Chit Lom BTS, Central World Mall, Siam Paragon, Gaysorn Mall, Erawan Mall and Big C Supermarket. Service beyond expectation especially at The Dining Room which is the breakfast area. We stayed in room 1409 which had a nice view of Royal Sports Club, Bangkok and Mahanakhon. Free handphone for us to use. It stated that we could make international calls to a few selected countries but it never worked, even after enquiring at the reception. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathtub and shower cubicle available. Upgraded 5th storey where the spa, gym, relaxation room, steam room, jaccuzi and pool are located. All have been upgraded except the pool which looks a little jaded. Grand Hyatt Erawan is not a new hotel, thus its pool is not infinity pool and pool/gym have no view.
