Not great.
This was our second stay. The first stay was fabulous! It started at the check in desk and the attendant assigned me a room in the North Tower. That was not what I had reserved through Hotels.com. I went back and showed her the reseevation on my phone. She then told me that Hotels.com doesnt know what my supervisor tells us to do. I finally got South Tower because that's where the pool is and my kids love the pool. I also specifically asked for a balcony but it took 30 minutes to get the tower we wanted. I did not go back. But I got charged for the balcony room. To save my sanity I will just lose that amount of money. There were cobwebs in the corners, spit splattered on the mirror in the bathroom. The pool was ok, but could use a good cleaning. That did not stop us from enjoying the indoor pool. Breakfast was great as always. I guess the rocky start really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hallway smelled of cigarrette smoke both mornings and one evening even though every door on our floor had a no smoking sign. It was truly a frustrating experience. And I hope whoever smoked in the room(s) were charged the $150 fee !
