Staff was excellent, especially in helping us to get online to fill out the NYS health report. The room was clean; everything was quiet. It felt comfortable being there, especially with the pandemic.

here are better options
While the lobby is very pretty, the rooms are very brown and tired looking. The bed was very comfortable but bathrooms missing make up mirrors. Not sure why it gets such a high rating, nothing to remember for me.
