Bed Bugs , room was clean ughh

I read the reviews, the Kiosk check in is terrible !!!! In the morning no one around at breakfast time to talk to at counter , what the hell get a real person to work at this hotel, they don't come in until 11:00 that is crazy. So what ever , but the icing on the cake was we found 2 BED BUGS !!! Yes & I have pictures , I went to the KIOSK on check out day to report this , of course no one at counter again until 11 !!! I talked to the person on the screen and they didn't even care or have anything to say about BED BUGS I showed them I had them in a CUP !!! NO one even contacted me about this issue !!! The room was very clean I have stayed in worse trust me, but I was very surprised when they started crawling on us at night !!! Came home and put everything in bags and washed clothes, we only live 2 hours away in florida but felt like bugs could have laid eggs uggg so gross !!! I know it's florida but this was a BED BUG My 21 year old son isn't stupid he looked them up and identified it .
