Had agreat time at ibis staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was great neighborhood friendly yet walking distance the the things we were interestedin would highly recommend. The only downside was that our direction to the inn were from the metro stop and they didnt indicate which exit from the metro to take that caused this Iowa farm boy a few uncomforitable minutes, but, we found in and all worked out ok.

Excellent Madrid's hotel !! Very nice & super-convenient location ! We loved it. We love a comfort, cleanliness, safety and nice personnel in a hotel. We got all of that !! We even had a chance to use their safe-box, no problem !!

Good location and welcoming reception area. But room small, bedding poor quality, just one pillow and thin duvet. Room very hot with no AC and noisy in the hotel and outside.

Nice clean and convenient hotel in fantastic area
Nice, clean and confortable hotel in a great central area in Madrid city centre. The price is very reasonable in comparison with other nearby options. Madrid is well conected by metro, and Bilbao station has two good metro lines that work well. To go to the airport I took line 10 from Tribunal Station (6 min walking from the hotel) and I arrived to Barajas in less than half hour.
