The rooms were very nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast items were good and filling. But, as spacious as the room was, the bathroom was incredibly small. There was hardly enough room to move around in there, very cramped.

Very clean environment. Decent breakfast offerings. Spacious reom. Pool temperature is quite cold.

Had trouble with TV. The lady at check in had to fiddle with it to get it to work. She said to not turn it off till I was ready for bed becuz she was the only one there 3-11 shift. She was great

Hotel was clean. This is an older hotel that was remodeled. You could still tell it was an old hotel. The remodel was subpar.

Super dirty room, and rear entry way. Probably could find a cleaner room for the same cost easily. Parking area was a bit small and lots of garbage in the grassy areas. Front desk was very nice and helpful.

When we arrived our room had a nasty smell, had nasty black hair all over the floor, no toilet paper and no towels. When I talked to the front desk person he had no other rooms but said he could bring us more towels. He did so then agreed to clean the hair up. After 3 trips in and out to get different cleaning supplies when I went in there after he left it looked no different. It was still completely disgusting. Never offered partial refund or anything. For the price I definitely expected a clean room

Hotel under upgrade/update. Not really inviting when you have to walk around pallets to get in the hotel.

Everything was good.Great guest service,very comfy beds,extra comforters and pillows,good breakfast.

We booked a room with a king bed months ahead of our stay, when we arrived we were given a room with two queen beds. When we asked the person at the front desk, they acted as if they couldn't be bothered, stating "we're all booked up, that's all we have." No sorry, no empathy, nothing. Otherwise, the hotel was fine. A little customer service would have gone a long way.
