So profoundly disappointing
I'm profoundly disappointed with my stay. Although the staff was nice they did not resolve a significant problem. The first night, i had no hot water. It was luke warm at best. The following morning i still had none and reported it. Staff said i will have someone to your room in 10 minutes. 3 hours came and went, no one responded. I went to report ahain i had no hot water to completely different staff. I was told to let the water run for 10 mintes. After 20 minutes still no hot water. In combination with the condition of the bathroom i will never stay here again. In fact the whole chain is a no go. I am unable to load photos but trust me when I say disgusting

Not worth the cheap price.
The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly rude, this is the first hotel I’ve been at that required $100 for incidentals! Also, the room was filthy. The bathtub was caked in dirt, had some weird residue all over the edges, and the corners on the floor looked liked ant mounds there was so much dirt. The sheets were damp. My husband and I feel sick this morning and had to get out of there as soon as possible. I never leave bad reviews but this place was awful and don’t know how it’s allowed to stay open.

Horrible experience
We came in a day early and rented a room, they would not combine our reservation and charged us early check in and extended stay fees. This was $125 extra an top of what we already paid for the room. Bathroom tub was disgusting. They have only decaf coffee in the room. If you ask for anything at the desk they want to change you more. I will never stay at this hotel again. We checked out early and asked if we get a refund for early check out since they charge for early check in of course we knew the answer was no. If you stay bring extra money because they love to charge extra. Will never stay here again.

I'll start with the bad. Seen a couple of small roaches and the shower needed to be cleaned better. The bed was nice and the place was quite. I've stayed here before and I'm sure I'll be back.
