A bit tired
They are trying but the room was past its prime. The upside is the location and they are remodeling the central area. The ground floor will be nice in six months but that doesn’t change the condition of the room.

Remodeling, but still great experience.
Hotel is really nice, only issue was the remodeling inside they were doing. Extremely noisy during day. Other than that I would stay there again hopefully after remodeling is complete.

Not impressed
Rooms, bedding, bathrooms are not cleaned well. Hair everywhere, bedding not fresh. We didn't have a blanket for the fold-out couch, it took 3 phone calls throughout the day to get one around 7PM. Other ES locations I've been to are at a much-much higher level

Rooms need Serious santiation
The room had a musty smell and the bedroom windows had mildew in it. The bed had a pee smell. I brought my own bedding. I was told the rooms are going to be upgraded next year they need to be done sooner. Carpet, drapes and cloth furniture are the main smells that can linger in the rooms. I always felt hotels need linoleum or hardwood floors for sanitation reasons, blinds for maintaining dust/smells and vinyl furniture so that it can be disinfected after every use. I stay at hotels frequently and just thinking of all the people that have been in the rooms over and over. Now alot more hotels allow pets and that should be limited to certain rooms within the hotel so those without pets don't end up in a room where pets were. The manage on duty Brittany I believe is her name had very poor customer service.
