Zero star for a Zero hotel
Greeted by a clerk in a Tee shirt, phone in room did not work, TV in room did not work, not advised that room makeup needed to be requested. construction on outside. Rooms have not been upgraded for many years. Breakfast room is in horrible condition. I advised front desk of all issues nothing repair or changed.

Don't, Just Don't stay here
They gave us the wrong room keys to begin with. Didn't bother to explain where anything was. The lobby is under construction so you have to go through a side door into a small area, the staff is sitting right there and doesn't bother to even great you until you speak to them. The place is just a mess. This place gives you the illusion of being remodeled. But it is in sad sad shape. The flooring in the room is new but that is about it. The door latch was broken so we jammed a chair against the door. It was so late we were to tired to ask for a different room. I never felt safe at all, especially since the doors to the rooms are all outside. The "breakfast" was not even worth looking at. It was just packages of instant oatmeal and a couple muffins. Don't even bother. It is not at all worth it.

Under renovation
Hotel is under renovation. I had to walk in the rain to temporary lobby to check in. The pool is drained and unusable. There was loud banging in the morning. Otherwise, clean hotel room with minor cosmetic defects like unfinished paint repair on the ceiling. Personnel was pleasant but did not apologize for renovations inconvenience even when I commented on it.

There were cockroaches everywhere in my room so they changed my room. The second time it wasn't clean. The third time my phone in the room didn't work and the entire property is under construction.
