Rude staff
Stayed on sept 2 and sept 3. We had no shampoo and conditioner. Pillows were very small like couch size. Requested bigger pillows, shampoo and conditioner next day in the morning. I can buy new pillows on the way back to hotel i said but Lady at desk said no problem they have extra pillows. We came back @5.30pm and we still dont have pillows, shampoo and conditioner. Another lady @ desk said she will bring it up for us little later. We sat at the bar until 7.30pm went back to desk and she said she was alone and did not do it. Another worker came to our room and supplied shampoo and confitioner around 8.00pm. Only good think about this hotel was breakfast and bar. Front desk personnel were not very friendly no apologies offered and no managers on duty on both days. I will not recommend this hotel.

Disappointed
I was disappointed as when I travel I always choose a Hilton brand hotel to stay in. At this location one elevator was out of order so it took 5 plus minutes to get the elevator to go up or down. My room was not that clean as it still had stuff on the bathroom floor, dust on outlets, the menus was dirty, living room tv didn’t work and one of the towels I went to use smelled really bad. The room was very worn, needs updates desperately.

could be best could be worse
Beautiful hotel, very friendly and accomodating staff. unfortunately, there was only 1 working elevator and the hotel was sold out with 2 weddings in house which made getting to and from our 3 floor room very time consuming. Hot tub was hot but to bubbles. Hot buffet breakfast was a complete bust. They were unable to keep up supply and demand (again full hotel) we waited over 30 minutes standing in line and left without eating because our toddler aged grandson ran out of patience and was WAY overdue for breakfast.
