If you can splurge, do it.
Spent six nights in Kansai with my mother, her first international trip. Four in Kyoto, last two in Osaka. With a weak yen, decided to give this place a chance and we got quite the deal! Service is top notch, and excellent if you are an English speaker - as they refuse to speak Japanese if you look North American. There's a pleasant aroma in the lobby, and the guest rooms feature doorbells, and some of the largest hotel rooms in Japan! Love the pool, hot tub and fitness center. Restaurants and eating are very expensive, so as an alternative we went to McDonalds for breakfast. Its also located above an arcade which goes to Metro and JR train, thought its about a ten minute walk. So if you want to pamper yourself for a few days (even without going to the very expensive spa), this is the place to do it.

Engagement
Loved every minute. We stayed in one of their executive suits. Staff was very supportive of our needs and helped me plan the perfect engagement. Thank you.

An experience to cherish for a lifetime
Being our first visit to Osaka we didn't know of the existence of the underground avenue between the JR station and the hotel, and many other buildings of course. Upon our arrival we were treated exquisitely, and the view from our room simply awe inspiring. Albeit the hotel having a plethora of restaurants, we enjoy dining out, and found a miriad of places to eat within walking distance. Great memories!

Excellent stay in this Osaka palace!
Amazing place, very clean, well-kept, great service with much attention to detail (they treat you like royalty!) and location, right in the heart of Osaka and convenient to train station. Felt like I was staying in an art museum, with all the beautiful decor and art all around. Getting a sky view room was also a great choice, since we had an excellent view of Osaka from the top floor of the hotel. Restaurants are a bit pricy, however this *is* the Ritz Carlton and it had high quality food. The room price for where we stayed was a great value however, considering the high quality of the hotel, room size and view. Definitely would go back!
