    Uncomfortable bathrooms
The staff is great. The room is small and the bathroom feels extremely tight. The door barely swings past the toilet. There is only 1/2 of a shower door as well. I called the front desk to ask and they said it is just a design flaw and apologized that water will be splashing all over the bathroom when showering.

    HORRIBLE! WORST HOTEL EVER
This hotel is horrible! They advertise a rooftop pool.. which is total nonsense! They have a crappy kiddy pool on their roof and it was a huge disappointment. Go to the dream downtown hotel, much better! NEVER STAY HERE!

I really wanted to go to pool deck that was the reason I booked this hotel but because of rain it was closed please let customers know before booking weather changes applies for pool. Front desk girl Sophia was very pleasant & helpful. Guy name Pasquale was bit rude. But overall it’s a very nice hotel would love to stay again.

    Rude hotel desk staff
The hotel front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming. The air conditioner in my room was broken. The temperature was 95 degrees outside and 100 degrees in the room. My room wasn’t changed and the manager never contacted me regarding a resolution. I will never stay here again!!

    Relaxing night
My stay at the Empire was nice. However everytime my boyfriend called room service it took almost an hour for them to bring the requested things. At one point he had to go to the main lobby because no one didn’t answer the phone. Our room was clean, and very quiet. I appreciate it.
