Extremely polite staff
Lots of nice updates inside and out. The beds not the best if your doing more than a night or two. Although we did like the pillows. Staff extremely polite and nice. Maids should move nightstands when they clean, moved one of ours due to dropping something there was pens and wrappers under it. Location is close to restaurants and shops. Kansas speedway was very easy to get to. We would stay again when we visit KC.

Nice hotel for the price.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was priced economically and in a great location for our trip. Room was clean and neat. The sleeping area had been remodeled and very nice. However, bathroom was in rough shape.

Staff was nice, location was in a safe area and the price was a bit high for the shape of this hotel!! Pics will show the issues I observed!! The photo of the towel is one I used to clean up the coffee that the maker spilled, it finally started brewing 45 min after my wife tried to make coffee. And the sheets had spots on them from something in the past that I am sure would have came clean if washed!! And the photos of the floor was the hallway by the elevator on the second floor!! I will not return to this location
