Great location, friendly and efficient staff. There were free drinks vouchers given out that I didn’t use but appreciated the gesture. Plenty of parking, lots of things nearby. However, it was very noisy on Saturday night (did quiet down by midnight though) and the skirting boards, especially behind the bed, were SO dusty there are dust bunnies forming, and for the price I would have expected more than one ply toilet paper!

A good base for travels.
Everything needed was there ...except for the wifi - couldn't get on! However, food from restaurant was great, location was convenient and room and bathroom size was generous and quite modern. Good value.

We stayed 3 nights in a small apartment room, had dinner once and weekend breakfast buffet twice. Dinner was nice and decent Portions, as with most kids meals I would suggest serving carrot sticks, cucumber and sweet corn as kids generally don't eat the regular salad so seems a bit of a waste. We also had the breakfast buffet, that was great value for money so definitely recommend that. Room was very clean with a great bathroom, only niggle was one of the beds was rock hard, should probably swap the mattress out on that one. Overall a great experience and helpful staff, thanks.

The property was spotlessly clean every thing you needed in our room lovely atmosphere beautiful setting by the river the staff were extremely helpful offered to take our bags up the stairs special thanks to a young man called tyler he is a credit to your hotel The meals were generous and a good variety to chose from we will always book in to this hotel whenever we are down that way
