Great stay. Friendly staff. Only negative was that the heater was exceptionally noisy.
Horrible. The site stated free parking. I was charged an extra $187.94 for facility and parking fees.
I was especially thankful for Joel who was at the front desk during our stay. He was extremely helpful and worked expeditiously to ensure that we were able to depart before the impending storm’s arrival. Our stay was pretty much perfect.
So much history in this hotel. This hotel has so many details in the architecture. It is elegant, clean and the staff is great.
The view was supposed to be city view but really it was just looking across to office towers, not much of a view but better than a brick wall. The room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. However, the lounge nor the restaurant was open and in fairness the Warwick website does state as much. Both lounge and restaurant appeared to have some room for social distancing during these difficult times, but neither was available. Was informed room service was not available either-at check in. Suggestions for local restaurants was offered. A bit disappointed that a Hotel like Warwick could not find a way to do a little bit more for paying guests during these difficult times especially when they charge an Resort fee: USD 33.28 per accommodation, per night. Disappointing.
Lovely Room. Immaculate. Friendly Srtvoce
Everything was perfect! Staff were professional and friendly and our room was clean!
Check I. Took a long time only 1 person at check I. And 4 people waiting. With Covid it should be faster and not keep us all standing in the lobby waiting
Location is perfect. The vintage photos are great, furniture is very comfortable and decor is lovely. However, the refrigerator was not emptied from the previous guests and it took several calls before it was taken care of and a reminder to clean it after it was emptied was necessary.
