Bad service
Very outdated rooms, small beds, mold in room/bathroom. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful but some are not, very inconsistent. At checkout they want the key or else they have to pull paperwork on your stay. When asked to help with the shuttle to the airport, they have set times, ( I barely missed mine because the checkout process took too long). When asked if they have another way of getting there they said only Train or taxi. We took the taxi which cost us $265 usd.

Looking at Tokyo Tower while falling asleep
Just a few minutes walk from Onarimon subway station, very convenient. Lots of good restaurants in Daimon (10min walk) and Shinbashi (15min walk). Very close to Tokyo Tower, I could even look at the Tower when I was about to sleep. Quiet spacious room. I stayed there in my business trip and really enjoyed it.

Tokyo Prince Hotel, Tokyo
It was our last two nights & we stayed at the Prince in Tokyo. Nothing was around except restaurants 10mins walk away (we were told). We never bothered since it was late 9pm. Hotel had a Lawson convenience store so we got something to eat from there instead. It would've been a better if we didn't have to transfer trains to get to Tokyo or Shinjuku. Shuttle service was a plus tho to the small JR station & we had a view of the Tokyo tower from our room.

Quick stopover at Tokyo Prince Hotel
The hotel is very close to the Tokyo Tower. We had a view of the tower from our hotel window. A temple next door was very interesting. Several restaurants within walking distance. Only negatives: 1. No early check-in. We flew in from Hanoi and arrived at the hotel at 8:00am, after a full day and a half of no sleep. We needed to wait until 2:00 check in time. 2. need to pay for use of a computer in the business center. Computers were coin operated! Service staff were very good.
