Very Good
Large and charming rooms
The room was very large with a pleasant view, nice bathroom and nice seating. It also had a large comfortable bed with good pillows. I chose the hotel because it had a pool and airport shuttle service but you had to pay 4,000 Yen (about $40) each time to use the pool and the airport shuttle was $32 each way. The pool use fee is I think a uniquely Japanese custom. Still, a beautiful hotel and bybJapanese standards a really huge room.

Spacious in a crowded city
It was nice to be able to tour around a crowded Tokyo with lots of crowds and tall buildings and be able to come back to a hotel with lots of breathing room and space. It is not shiny, new, or modern, nor does it offer many amenities compared to other hotels. I picked it for the location under Tokyo Tower and the pool. The view of the Tokyo Tower did not disappoint and is beautifully lit in the evenings, but I didn't realize rather empty pool would cost an extra 4,000 Yen per person per day, so we passed on it. The bathroom tiling and trim are tired, but the bedding and towels were new and quite comfortable.

Very nice, Comfortable Hotel.
Comfortable hotel near Tokyo Tower and Zojoji Temple. Wonderful staff. Near 3 train lines. We mostly walked from the two farthest of them as they went to more locations with no transfers. Convenience store in lower level. Very quiet hotel. Central location. Surrounded by trees. Is a nice respite from busy city energy. Very nice.

Good location. Room a little disappointing, ac not cold enough, bath fixtures old, found rubbish and lots of dust behind dresser. Staff friendly and very helpful tho. Could have gotten better for the price i paid.

Check in was nice, Room on the 11th floor average view of the city. Room was large same as the bathroom. The bathroom is dated grouting and finish caulking should look more professional. A/C system not really functional. Comfortable bed. Club Lounge was a major disappointment. If they charge people to use it. not worth money. No bar lounge available on Sundays. The convenient store in the lobby was a nice touch. Breakfast buffet is standard fare. Not worth the 3,300 I guess they charge. Mine was included in my room. View seating is limited. In all they will need to focus on other items to make this an actual 4 star. I rate it a 3 star at best.
