Character
It was my family’s first time staying at any resort. The lasting impression id based overall on whether or not they’d recommend this location to friends and family. They would with a vague understanding of, you’re not going to Catalonia costa mujeres for the food. You’re going for the comfort and service. You’ll very rarely eat at the restaurants available there, too many and having to reserve a day before is a hassle. The staff overall was amazing, especially the bartenders!!! Such charisma and exceptional service from all. One character stood out, a manager or something at a restaurant was kinda rude to us. I believe to keep things in order, but his snide remarks were unnecessary.

It was my first time in this hotel and I loved it! The building is beautiful, modern, nice and clean. The staff is very attentive and friendly; I saw them working very hard. I will definitely come back. If you have a hard time booking a specific restaurant go in person to the restaurant and ask if they have availability.
