Room was filthy, fridge had leftover food from previous guests, bed sheets were dirty, the TV did not work, dirt was swept into every corner of the room, toilet was obviously moldy, used towels from previous guests, mold in shower, smelled like urine and cigarettes, toilet did not flush, water stayed freezing cold, the doors did not lock and we had to lock the doors using the dresser. We asked for house keeping to come in, manager said they hired a new housekeeper but the housekeepers name was under her name, she “cleaned” the toilet by spraying it down with some substance and used paper towels to only wipe the toilet by the floor, not the seat or inside, and admitted to not having a single toilet bowl brush for the whole hotel. She threw the used toilet paper into the toilet and saw that the toilet was not flushing, proceeded to leave it that way. We tried to refund the first and second night but they refused to refund or discount the first night even though we made complaints the second we walked into the room. The walls were thinner than paper thin, we heard the man in the room next to us coughing and sneezing ALL night long. The only positive to this hotel is that it was walking distance from all of the shops. Do not waste your time or money here, you will not feel safe and will feel overall dirty just standing in the room.
