Quiet hotel with a good breakfast
Nice hotel. Room was clean and quiet. Decor seemed a little outdated and the bed/pillows weren't very comfortable but those are my only complaints. Breakfast was good and hotel employees were kind and courteous.

Quick and nice
Our stay was short. Checked in around 11 pm. Checked out around 11 am to head to Philly. Friendly service at night and during day. Breakfast was goo

My stay wasn't terrible. The only complaint I have is the thermostat in my room was blinking low battery and I couldn't get the room to cool down. The other thing I did notice, as with many other hotels I've stayed in for work or other various trips, the "ice and vending" area only had an ice machine. If there's no vending machine why even put the sign up? After working an 11 hour day and seeing a sign that says "ice and vending", I don't want to have to go to another floor to get a soda or snack

Overall nice place, but don't touch the microwave
The Good: The hotel was very nice. Clean, well lit parking area. It is in a decent area, and has many restaurants close by and a mall not too far away. (Note, the Mexican place next door was excellent!) The front desk staff was super, friendly . the room was clean and comfortable and overall we had a great over night stay. The breakfast was typical of most hotels. Waffle makers, hot oatmeal, and this morning they had scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy as the hot foods. Cereals, breads, and juices and coffee, plus fresh fruits. The area seemed to have ample seating, but I imagine it can be crowded if a large group hits it at once. Now the"Bad" The older lady managing the breakfast area must be a descendant of Attila the Hun. She has no patients with guests. There is a microwave in the food/dining area. It has signage warning guest about the dangers of heating hard boiled eggs the assumption is that the microwave is for guest use. Well apparently the attendant also uses it to heat up the food service packages of scrambled eggs and biscuit gravy. She will admonish you quite loudly if you open the door and there happens to be a packet of food in there, and there is usually a packet of food in there. So she will scold "Ah, ah ahhhh" or "I have a bunch of people to feed" . Perhaps the hotel should look into getting this person her own microwave in the back prep area so hotel guest aren't getting scolded like kids robbing the cookie jar. It can be embarrassing.
