1. Lock is broken, and after they fix it still stuck
2. They take away your passport during the stay
3. They scam money with the taxi driver
We have an issue with the taxi fare which is triple of the agreed amount, the frontoffice manager aaid they will kick me out of the hotel in midnight unless i pay for the extra amount and wouldnt let me call a police with their phone
The taxi is not a service of the hotel and they put the extra fare on a mandatory fee, after i check out at my stay they confiscate my passport unless I pay for extra money
And i even check with grab, they are overcharging me
After the taxi driver agreed to settle with the fee i have given,the hotel manager still wouldnt let go and didnt give me back my passport and refuse to talk
When i finally reach the police they wouldnt do the translate. So i tried to ask them to borrow me a phone then i can call the embassy and they ignore me
The taxi driver arent even a staff, it is nonsense that the driver was not even there during the agrument. And i have been in Myanmar for a month , no hotel hold tour passport in frontdesk, that is why i think its not an identical case
It takes me forever to get back my passport and i almost miss my flight
Beside that the hotel lock is broken and their technician didnt fix that during the whole stay
酒店經理為我打車到我想去的景點,回來後的士司機要求我支付三倍車資,我拒絕付錢要求報警,他們便說給我折扣而且不讓我報警,而且恐嚇在半夜趕我出酒店,以及把收費放到酒店收費內,的士司機並非酒店員工,他們無權把我趕出去
當我堅持報警後他們讓我回房休息,但在我離開的時候他們拒絕還我護照,找警察亦不借我電話 ,最後要找警察及大使館才處理好事情
