The property is nice, clean and seems new. There were a few hiccups though, for example I was not familiar with the power saver "key" so when I arrived I thought there was no electricity. It would have been an easy thing to let me know thru email or at checkin. I highly recommend using the Google Maps Street view to check out the property. Again, I was surprised that there were two gates that during varies times of the day and night required a key to open. The street gate did not have a way to open the gate from the inside - without putting your hand thru the gate and raising the gate then reposition your hand at a lower elevation to open it some more. I am very thankful there was not a fire. My last criticism is that I used the optional transportation from the airport and wished to schedule a return trip, however nothing could be handled over the phone. I began the booking process two days before I was to leave and was told in a message and was told I could take care of it by phone, now mind you it took at several hours before I got the reply and now its the next day and I am booked on a tour for all day. So after returning from an all day tour I called the office. I had received a message during the day confirming my transport but did not have a cell signal to call. When I returned and called, the driver who was available before I called was no longer available to take me to the airport that morning. Then it was 9:00 pm on the night before my 6am flight. Not Cool!
